We developed this app after learning about the study showing "looking at the red light for three minutes a day can improve declined eyesight".(Source: Declining eyesight can be improved by looking at red light, pilot study says - CNN )[How to use]- When you tap the screen, then two black circles appear.- Gaze at the two circles as if they overlap in the center then follow the moving circles by moving your eyes without moving your head.- Recommend to do the 90 seconds exercise twice a day (3 minutes).[How to focuse]-There are two methods of focusing: A.
Crossing method - focus on the front of the screen.

Parallel method - focus on the back of the screen.
When the two circles overlap in the center, focus on the center circle.Generally speaking, the Crossing method is more effective for nearsightedness and presbyopia, while the B.
